CHP Joins SACH
4th April 2008

In March, Lanarkshire Community Health Partnership (CHP), which has three Community Hospitals, joined the SACH.

If any other CHPs would like to find out how membership of the SACH can benefit them, please email frances@scotcommhosp.org.uk or, to join, simply download the membership form from the website, complete and return to the SACH.
