Intermediate Care Event

The Joint Improvement Team (JIT) held an event on Intermediate Care on April 17 in Dunfermline.

The day was packed with interesting examples of how Intermediate Care is rolling out, including a detailed presentation on the work of SACH, delivered by Dr Hamish Greig. The audience were very interested in the work of SACH and in the interactive workshop led by Dr Greig which was held later in the day.
