Keeping Well Informed About Keep Well

The latest issue of NHS Health Scotland's Keep Well project's newsletter - Keep Well Informed - provides a timely update on the Keep Well health checks which have been completed across Scotland to date. "There's also a report from the Anticipatory Care Practitioners’ Network event which recently took place in Dundee as well as a look at the work of the NHS screening programmes and how they are linking with Keep Well," revealed Helen Hassell, Senior Programme Officer, Keep Well, who added that the newsletter also contains updates on progress in Keep Well Wave 1 and Wave 2.
