Latest Issue of Keep Well Informed Newsletter Available Here

The latest edition of the Keep Well Informed newsletter provides an overview of the recent conference 'Anticipatory Care: Moving Forward Across Scotland', findings in relation to engaging with the target population and the importance of partnership working with the community and voluntary sector, alongside the usual updates and information.

In addition, the interim report for the Keep Well national evaluation of strategies for reaching the target population has now been published on the Health Scotland website
