Living and Dying with Advanced Heart Failure: A Palliative Care Approach

Published by the Scottish Partnership for Palliative Care in March 2008, this report outlines key issues and themes which should be considered in the ongoing development of local strategies for the palliative care of patients with advanced heart failure.
The report, which was produced following extensive consultation, is endorsed by the Scottish Government and the National Centre for Advanced Heart Failure.
The SACH will be sending a copy of Living and Dying with Advanced Heart Failure: A Palliative Care Approach to every Community Hospital in Scotland.
