New Community Hospitals Database

As part of collaborative work with the Improvement Support Team at the Scottish Government, the SACH has compiled a comprehensive data base for the SACH website, which will be going live on Thursday, March 18.

Over the past few weeks, the SACH has collated details of all Scotland's Community Hospitals. "We would like to thank everyone we called for taking the time to speak to us," said Frances Smith, Director of the SACH.

Frances explained that the next stage of the database will be to issue the primary contacts for each Community Hospital with their own user name and password. "This will enable the primary contacts to content-manage their particular hospital’s details and the services provided," said Frances. "The SACH would also be delighted to receive photographs of Community Hospitals for the purpose of adding an interesting selection to the website."
